Water Finding Service — Current State Assessment

Flight Blue led a current-state assessment for a water finding service, mapping the end-to-end business process and aligning it to current and future-state architecture diagrams. The engagement established a clear path from today’s operating model to a target architecture that supports scalable data-driven assessment.

As part of the engagement, we built a proof of concept that automatically ingests electromagnetic data to assess water fracture points—demonstrating how field signals can flow into an analytical pipeline and produce actionable insight.

Flight Blue managed the integration of 15+ systems into a single repository for a debt resolution client, consolidating fragmented platforms into a unified architecture. The engagement supported CRM migrations and improved data ingestion pipelines through automation—reducing manual handoffs and strengthening data quality across the operating model.

We also served as the trusted technical advisor to affiliate partner teams spanning marketing, software development, data engineering, and financial advisory and support—aligning delivery priorities and keeping integrations coherent across organizational boundaries.

Private Office Financial Management

Flight Blue developed and deployed automated CI/CD pipelines to ingest QuickBooks data across 7+ companies through API pulls into a central repository. The platform consolidates multi-entity financial data so leadership can manage spending, assets, and cash position from one place.

We also built and manage an internal site that supports financial management of spending trends and overall asset tracking—including cash and marketable securities and total spend. The app flags when spending is too high and surfaces week-over-week and month-over-month trends for faster decisions.

By building through Flight Blue instead of expensive bank-owned applications that take large portions of overall financial totals each year, the engagement saved hundreds of thousands of dollars while delivering a tailored platform owned by the client.
